It Even Changes Your Perspective on Something as Simple as a Word

My reason/excuse for not posting this sooner is that being back to work has has changed my available time from "all" to "some."

As I have mentioned before, my perspectives on much of life have been either changed or deeply enhanced. That fact even goes to the level of simple words. Here is what I mean:

THE: The most common word in the English language suddenly has more meaning. I know it sounds strange, but it does. When someone uses the word "the" instead of "a," suddenly there is more meaning. The examples in my case would be "a" accident versus "the" accident. See what I mean? "A" funeral versus "the" funeral. "The" encapsulates an event or an incident that has become a pivot point in someone's life. It is like a brick wall in the fact that everything comes to a hault at that point.

ACCIDENT: The word "accident" holds more seriousness, meaning, and gravity than the word "wreck." When it is in general or something we hear on the news, we will tend to use "wreck." But when it is a matter that has personal consequences, we will tend to use "accident."

KNOW: The difference between what I meant when I used to say that I "knew" something before and when I say that I "know" something know is extraordinary. It makes what I thought I knew before look like ignorance. The example that I use to try to communicate what I mean is that I thought that I knew how importance family was. Compared to how much more I know that fact now, I didn't have a clue.

I know there are a few words that I was going to write about in addition to these, but my mind will not recall them at the moment.
